Just over an hours drive south-east of Melbourne the landscape has a delightfully European air. You almost have to look twice to see you really are in Victoria, Australia. You can pick your own or buy a lot of fresh seasonal produce at the farm gate including plump berries or luscious cherries during summer, autumnal apples, winter vegetables & olives, and more.

There is an array of dining experiences across the region. From casual cafes to excellent hotels & fine dining restaurants, some overlooking the water and others with views of vines. Its not surprising that many high-profile Melbourne chefs have discovered the joys of living - and cooking - on the Peninsula, using the organic vegetables, aged meats, seasonal fruits, olive oil, seafood, preserves, local cheese and coffee roasted on demand.
