Please complete the form below to start the application process. 

The Membership Subscription for 2011-12 is currently $176.00 including GST.  Membership is renewed annually on March 31st.

When you have completed the form, follow the prompts to print the screen (or email notification) and send a hard copy by snail mail with your cheque or Direct Deposit notification details to: PO BOX 152, Red Hill South 3937.  NOTE: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED.

Direct Deposit payments can be made to:   Mornington Peninsula Gourmet, Bendigo Bank (Dromana Branch) ~ BSB 633000 A/C number: 137296091 (Please ensure clear identification of your business when making direct deposit)

Upon receipt of your completed form and payment, your application will be added to the agenda of our next monthly MPGourmet committee meeting for approval.  Once approved, you will then receive notification and commence receiving membership benefits.

Please Note: Committee meetings are usually scheduled for the third Monday of every month (except January)
