Morag Meikles will be showcasing his developed culinary abilities, using various technologies, techniques and ingredients that are being explored in some of the most revolutionary kitchens seen today. He has worked in a variety of restaurants around the world including Spain at Mugaritz and Brazil at Sao Paulo.
