RED HILL LONGEST LUNCH

250 lucky guests will be dining under the open skies of the famous Red Hill Showgrounds on Friday March 13th, as part of Victoria's now famous annual Longest Lunch.  Chefs from around the region will use produce from around the region, to create dishes expressing the best of the region, and serve it alongside wonderful wines of the region.  This years Head Chef is Max Paganoni of Maxs Restaurant at Red Hill Estate.  "The region has so much to offer on so many levels, for food, for wine and for talent" he said  "We really are lucky to live in such a bountiful region, with so many boutique gourmet producers.  The menu will be wonderful, and matched to some fantastic local wines as well."
