STRATEGIC ACTION PLAN FOR NEXT 3 YEARS

DIG Marketing has been appointed to develop the MPGourmet Strategic Action Plan for 2012-2015.  MPGourmet is aiming to define the critically important issues for the next three years.  The Review will be comprehensive and cover marketing activities, membership tiers, committee structure and more!  Angie Bradbury and her team will be in touch with members over the next few weeks to seek their input.  The whole process will take place over the next few months so that early next year we will be in a position to really make things happen.
