Across the road from the beach in Rosebud we have created a stylish, relaxed venue with a terrific team to provide great casual food and drink for everyone to enjoy. We are growing and evolving our style all the time, taking into consideration the seasons, local produce, price and the big one…TASTE.

BMC has adopted the “mod oz” style of food, incorporating fresh local produce, seasonally changing menus and the flair of John Ward (head chef). Breakfast is served all day – nothing like enjoying a BMC "big breakfast" at 3 o'clock in the afternoon! Rissottos and pastas, salt and pepper calamari and fresh mountains of salads are but few of the mouth watering meals on offer each day at BMC. Our shared tapas platters are a BMC specialty.

Be tempted by the aroma of freshly ground MAP coffee as it drifts through the room, team it with a slice of Jane's handmade pistachio, zucchini and lime cake – we dare you not to love it! The deli cabinet is stocked full of handmade tarts, quiche and cakes. Yes, we make it all here for you to enjoy. Full of flavour, handmade and fresh, that’s BMC.

Whether it’s sitting in the bright and airy dining rooms, kicking back with friends on the comfy couches in the lounge or sitting in the fresh outdoor dining area opposite the foreshore, BMC is the perfect place to meet, eat, laugh and relax.
