La Petanque Restaurant

La Pétanque Restaurant is located on one of the most picturesque road on the Peninsula. The 20 acres property is surrounded by vineyards rose gardens and olive groves. Philippe, the owner had the chance to work closely with the most influential chefs in Provence (Roger Verger, Daniel Hébet and Philippe Calandri to name a few). The modern South of France Cuisine is ideal to showcase the vegetables and fruits grown in the area. Talented Chef, Simon Buckley is creating dishes with flavours and scents from the Provence, utilising fresh herbs and flowers from the garden. With more than 600 wines, 20 different Mornington Peninsula wineries represented and over 30 wines by the glass, La Pétanque won the Gourmet Traveller ‘Best Regional Wine List of the Year 2009’ for Australia.
