Somers General Store

Since 1927 Somers General Store has offered locals and visitors alike access to the essentials in life. Extensively remodeled in 2008 we now have a kitchen environment and menu that perfectly fits the Somers lifestyle of casual good living. We opened again for 2009 with the essentials now extended to wonderful coffee and beautiful food. Fresh local produce is available from the store with many of our recipes also containing such delectable produce. There is more to come with our gelati van gearing up for business and our diary open for functions and catering. Drop in for a newspaper and coffee or make a day of it with breakfast a walk on the beach fo0llowed by a long lunch. Bring your children, your sandy feet and most importantly your appetite The store is open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm and the cafe opens at 8am to 3pm in winter and 8am to 5pm in summer.
