Stillwater at Crittenden has launched their own range of kitchen produce- Zac and Jacs kitchen produce.
The range includes ingredients and produce sourced 100% from the Mornington Peninsula; think organic locally grown (baxter) beets, local tomatoes and lemons, red hill strawberries,marinated olives and our very own blend of olive oil. Zac and Jac’s Kitchen Produce Range has been lovingly crafted in the kitchen of their Stillwater restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula, using only the best of locally produced, seasonal ingredients. They hope you enjoy using it in your kitchens as much as they do!
Beetroot and orange relish
Organic local beets, the right blend of spice and loads of orange zest create the massive flavour for this tangy treat! Delicious with ham off the bone, sharp cheddar, duck, venison, goat’s cheese…really, the possibilities are endless!
Rhubarb and ginger compote
Super gingery and all rhubarb tang, this compote is smooth, sweet and cheekily tart. Delicious with fruit and yoghurt. Spoon it on ice cream or waffles. Team it with lemon tart or re-invigorate scones with a whooping great dollop!! Yum!
Strawberry and moscato JamRed Hill strawberries macerated in our own Moscato made into a chunky wholefruit jam - your freshly baked scones are just begging for it! Spread it on toast and crumpets for a lush breaky. Mmmm!
Moroccan style preserved lemons
Preserved for 12 months in a luscious mix of spice, chili and salt, these zingy beauties are brilliant in a tangine, tossed through a garden salad, stirred it into a prawn risotto, added to spiced couscous – wherever you want some zest!
Spiced pears
A sticky, lightly-spiced, deliciously unctuous treat, made with 100% local pears. Our spiced pears are a perfect match with mascarpone, and if you’re looking to impress guests – they’re heaven on a cheese board!
Marinated olives
Organic manzanilla, local kalamata, wild verdale, arbequinas and gaeta olives, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, hebs and chilli. A sophisticated snack, great on an antipasto platter. Serve warm with bread
