Sourcing an Olive oil to match the exacting standards for their boutique restaurant led Zac and Jacqui Poulier to create their very own! The result is an ultra premium extra virgin olive oil made from the first pressing of Frantoio Olives sourced from a single grove in Red Hill, Victoria.
This outstanding oil presents with a fresh bouquet of green tomatoes, a hint of almond, leaving a gorgeous buttery texture with an edge of walnut on the palate. Wait for the slight chilli sensation in the mouth with some lingering pepper to finish!
In the past year it has won no less than FIVE awards!
