It will be run by Adelina Pulford, who hosts classes at Carlton’s Enoteca Sileno. It will be an entry level class, each of the 16 participants will get to hand make various flat and strip pasta (Spaghetti, Fettucine, Linguini, etc. They will learn how to use a Pasta Machine, cook the pasta to perfect “al dente”, and they will get to take home all that they make.
Further Pasta Classes will be tailored towards speciality filled pastas such as Ravioli & Agnialotti and Rittolo.
Our first class, A Gnocchi and Polenta Masterclass(May 25th) has already sold out, so don\'t delay for the Risotto class.
We always match the food with some great wine, either reflecting the country of the cooking, or local wines.
