Join Italian Chef Adelina Pulford for a chance to learn the secrets of great gnocchi and how to make superb polenta, perfect for those winter dishes.
Adelina started cooking for her family as a young girl of seven in the small Calbrian viallge of Cervicati, Itlay, whilst her parents worked the land. Still a young woman, her family emigrated to Asutralia. Her passion for cooking was so strong she enrolled at the WIlliam Angliss TAFE college and became a qualified chef. Her cooking experience and knowledge developed with appointments such as Head Chef at Campari Bistro. In 2002, Adelina joined the briagde at Scusami Ristorante, specialising in regional Italian cuisine and desserts. Her other invovlemetns were pasta making demonstrations at Southbank and the Melbourne Food Show. Adelina has sinced joined the Enoteca Vino Bar, Lygon St Carlton as Pastry Chef to create a range of traditional Italian biscotti, cakes, desserts and handmade pasta for the vino bar and to teach cooking classes.
$60 per person (limited to 30 places)

Costs include bus to and from Cellar and Pantry (10 minute journey)
Bus leaves Cellar & Pantry at 11am and returns at 3pm. Parking is at the rear of Cellar & Pantry.
