Join Marco di Santo from Italian importers Enoteca Sileno for a fun and educational look at how to make fantastic Risotto. we will look at the different types of rice available to use, the different cooking methods (stir or soak) and some wonderful ingredients. You will get to taste all the specialty ingredients, and the two end product Risotti, as well as sip on some wonderful Italian wine! Class starts at 11pm and finishes at 3pm.
We always match the food with some great wine, either reflecting the country of the cooking, or local wines.
