Red Hill Brewery presents their tall, dark & strong German ...and some would say a little strange...!

This dark wheat beer presents deep rich toasty chocolate and nut characters, created by our blend of Vienna, Chocolate and Wheat malts. It is highly carbonated for a soft delicate mouthfeel, and we use traditional wheat beer yeasts to develop clove and banana aromatics. The sweet characters and high alcohol of this style are balanced subtly by our own Tettnanger and Halletauer hops.

Get in quick for this very unique beer, its only on for 3-4 weeks at the brewery.

Available at the Brewery from the 15th September on tap and in bottles. Limited stocks also available around the peninsula and Melbourne at specialist bars, pubs and bottleshops.

Chef is dishing up the classic German dish of Bitterballen to go with it.
