An evening of sublime food and wine with Peter Cooper of Perigord Truffles,
Tasmania on August 13, 6.45pm for 7.30pm
Join the team at Port Phillip Estate for a fabulous evening of sublime food, gorgeous
wines and fun! Special guest Peter Cooper, who established Perigord Truffles of
Tasmania in 1993, is bringing his prized Perigord truffles to the Mornington
Peninsula, and Chef Simon West is creating a beautiful truffle inspired seven-course
degustation menu! Sandro Mosele will be on hand to match the wines so expect an
inspired line-up of Estate and international wines. Seats are limited so bookings are
essential.
