Local produce foraged from fields, paddocks and vineyards are skilfully combined by Heronswood chef Luke Palmer to create and indulgent six course menu featuring pine mushrooms, seasonal fruit and vegetables, duck, venison and matched to Jones Road wines.  Begin with a garden tour with our knowledgeable gardeners and be entertained by the winemaker, our chef and the secrets of growing winter vegetables over lunch.  $105pp (Diggers Club members $95).  Bookings Essential.
