Just cruise along our coastlines and quiet country roads, and the Mornington Peninsula's love affair with wine, fresh produce and bountiful food on the table quickly becomes obvious. There is an array of dining experiences across the region. From casual cafes to excellent hotels & fine dining restaurants, some overlooking the water and others with views of vines. Its not surprising that many high-profile Melbourne chefs have discovered the joys of living - and cooking - on the Peninsula, using the organic vegetables, aged meats, seasonal fruits, olive oil, seafood, preserves, local cheese and coffee roasted on demand.
